Fabrics Most fabrics used for hats and caps are made 100% cotton. A twill construction is most commonly used and the fabrics are coming in a great variety of constructions. However, polyester, acrylic,wool as well as mixes of these yarns are also used. All fabrics have been re-active dyed to avoid color bleeding. We have various colour fabric,so just tell me your Pantone no. Decoration Decoration of hats and caps, being embroidery, printing or badges should take place before the hat is fully constructed. For embroidery, we used new Tajima embroidery machines, printing is silk screen printing using imported inks and badges are made by factories using Taiwanese technology and equipment. Quality control The hat are passed to the finishing section where the loose sewing threads will be cut off and the quality control section will inspect the finished products. Upon completion, the hats will be shaped by using a hot mold then packed Delivery BY COURIER: If order quantity less than 500 pcs, we suggest to choose door to door by courider.\ ( transportation time 7 working days by DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT) BY AIR: If order is large and delivery date is urgently,we suggest to choose air delivery,the transportation time is about 5 working days. BY SEA: If order over 1000 pcs, we suggest to choose sea delivery,it is about 20-35 days to all over the world.
